I’m Saige Portera, a licensed psychologist with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and their families lead fulfilling and balanced lives. With multiple years of experience in the field, I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), ADHD and autism testing, and behavioral sleep intervention and I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each unique individual.

Background and Qualifications

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology with emphases in Pediatrics and Child and Trauma from Palo Alto University and am licensed in California. Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and parents. My background includes training in the medical field within a hospital setting with youths diagnosed with complex medical conditions as well as having multiple years of training and experience in assessing for and diagnosing ADHD and autism, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of how to best support complex clinical presentations
